2023 Run Baby Run 5K Vendor Registration

Run Baby Run is CCI Health Services' annual family-friendly 5K benefiting our prenatal care programs. Like many areas across the US, our region experiences disparities in access to adequate prenatal care. The disparity is especially felt by communities made vulnerable by social, economic, and cultural barriers.

At Run Baby Run, we offer vendors an opportunity to engage with our 5K participants and their families. Past event registration has been over 200 individuals. The location is also great for engaging with the local community as the race starts and finishes near the train and carousel rides at Wheaton Regional Park and naturally attracts multiple visitors.

Acceptance

Space is limited to 20 registrants. Organizations will be selected according to various factors including, but not limited to, date of submission and new or returning organization, and is at the sole discretion of CCI Health Services. Past participation does not guarantee placement.

You must confirm your intent to participate by August 25, 2023. You will be notified of your acceptance by September 1, 2023.

Event Cancelation: Run Baby Run happens rain or shine. The event will follow all state, county, and CDC COVID-19 guidelines.

Withdrawals: Please let CCI know that your organization will not participate by September 15, 2023. Registration fees are non-refundable after September 15.
